The lives of three people from uMsinga Municipality's Wards 3, 6 and 15 took a turn for the better today when KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Human Settlements and Public Works Jomo Sibiya handed them their houses as part of the official handover of the R44 million 300-units Phase One of the Msinga Top Rural Housing Project. The beneficiaries were 14-year old acute kidney failure Sazi Dlamini, homestead fire victim Ms Sizani Sithole and wheelchair bound diabetic amputee beneficiary Sibongile Mvelase. Their receipts of their houses today demonstrated the humane and caring face of the KwaZulu-Natal Government.
